Full fit process
The application of plasma equipment in the process of full lamination, using plasma to clean the panel lamination surface, can uniformly activate the surface of the lamination surface, increase the activity and adhesion of the material surface, and significantly improve the full lamination process of the panel.

In the last stage of the current display production process, a special coating is sprayed on the surface of the display. The coating improves the scratch resistance of the monitor and enhances the quality of the surface of the monitor manufactured with PC (polycarbonate) and PMMA (polymethyl methacrylate). To ensure that the coating has good adhesion, the surface must be pretreated. Using low temperature plasma technology for surface treatment can simplify the display production process and greatly reduce the rejection rate.
