Blood filter

When a coated stent is implanted in the body, the drug is slowly released, preventing scar tissue from growing around the stent and keeping the coronary arteries open.
Enzyme labeled plate
After plasma graft treatment, active functional groups such as aldehyde group, amino group and epoxy group can be introduced on the substrate surface to improve the wettability and surface energy of the substrate surface, so that the enzyme can be firmly fixed on the carrier and the fixability of the enzyme can be improved. According to the Dyne pen test, the PS material is about 38 dynes before treatment and about 72 dynes after treatment, and the surface tension is greatly improved.
Ureter catheter
The catheter is generally made of natural rubber, silicone rubber or polyvinyl chloride (PVC) material. Due to the poor biocompatibility of the material itself, plasma modification is needed to improve the wettability of the substrate, and the PVC surface is coated with triclosan and brominol. The modified PVC material can kill bacteria and resist bacterial adhesion. Thus, the patient infection caused by the material in the process of use is reduced, and the biocompatibility of the material is improved.
Culture dish
Petri dishes are generally soaked in hydrochloric acid solution to remove free alkaline substances, and they must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before use to prevent some chemicals from remaining on the surface of the substrate and inhibiting cell growth. Plasma treatment can not only effectively clean and disinfect the surface, but also increase the surface wettability of substrate materials and improve the ability of cells to adhere to walls.
